We only offer returns if you receive a damaged or wrong product.We genuinely hope you don’t have this issue but in the unfortunate event that you do, please drop us a mail with your complaint and attach a picture of the product at support@smittenondesign.com with the subject line “Replacement and Return” and we will take care of the rest.All replacements and returns will be considered within 14 days of delivery.All products returned must be unused and in their original packaging to be eligible for returns or exchanges.Personalised Products cannot be returned/exchanged.

Order cancellation is only possible within a time span of 1 hour of placing the order as we tend to start processing your orders immediately for prompt delivery. In such an event please email us on support@smittenondesign.com with the subjectof the email as ‘CANCEL – *your order no.*’ within an hours time.

Orders, once dispatched, are scheduled to arrive within 4-6 business days in India depending on your location.

Once an order has shipped, you will receive an email from us with the tracking number information.

Shipping address can only be modified before the order is billed or shipped. We strive to be as flexible as possible; however, we also ship your order promptly to make sure you receive it quickly.

Our shipping partner will attempt to deliver the package three times before it is returned to us. Please provide your complete and accurate address including zip code and mobile number to ensure a seamless and fast delivery.

To ship to more than one address, please create separate orders.
