“When will my order ship?”

Orders are generally shipped within 1-8 business days. Please check the timeline mentioned on the relevant product page to get a better idea of when to expect your order.

“Do you ship internationally?”

We do not offer international shipping as of now, but we will be launching it soon. Write to us at hello@smittenondesign.com for wholesale queries.

“Can I ship to an address other than my own?”

Yes, you can ship it to another address by entering the appropriate address for the recipient of the package

“What if I change my mind and want a different size or color after I just placed my order placed?”

If you would like to make a change, please email us as soon as possible at hello@smittenondesign.com with the subject of the email as ‘Change in Colour/Size’ and we will try and accommodate these changes if the order has not be processed by then. 

“What do I do if my item arrives damaged?”

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirming the same. Please check your spam folder in case you cannot locate the email.

“Where Is My Order Confirmation?”

Customer satisfaction is our priority at Smitten on Design. Please write to us immediately at support@smittenondesign.com attaching a photo and we will be happy to replace the order in case of genuine damage.

“Do you offer Gift Packaging?”

We do not offer gift packaging as of now. We will be introducing gifting solutions shortly.

“What methods of payment do you accept?”

Credit Cards, Debit Cards and Cash on Delivery. However, Cash on Delivery is not available in case of personalised products.

“Do you accept international credit cards?”

Yes, with certain exceptions such as American Express.

“Can I return or exchange my order?”

We only offer returns if you receive a damaged or wrong product.

We genuinely hope you don’t have this issue but in the unfortunate event that you do, please drop us a mail with your complaint and attach a picture of the product at support@smittenondesign.com with the subject line “Replacement and Return” and we will take care of the rest.

All replacements and returns will be considered within 14 days of delivery.

All products returned must be unused and in their original packaging to be eligible for returns or exchanges.

Personalised Products cannot be returned/exchanged.

“How long will it take for an order to arrive?”

Orders, once dispatched, are scheduled to arrive within 1-4 business days within India depending on your location.

“How can I track my order placed online?”

Once an order has shipped, you will receive an email from us with the tracking information of the logistics company.

“Could I change the shipping address of an order?”

Shipping address can only be modified before the order is shipped. We strive to be as flexible as possible; however, we also ship your order promptly to make sure you receive it quickly. In such a scenario, please get in touch with us at the earliest to make the change of address in our records.

“What happens if I am not home when the package arrives?”

Our shipping partner will attempt to deliver the package twice before it is returned to us. Please provide your complete and accurate address including zip code and mobile number to ensure a seamless and fast delivery.

“Could I ship products in one order to multiple addresses?”

To ship to more than one address, please create separate orders.

“I did not receive my order. What should I do?”

Orders within India are delivered in 1-5 business days once dispatched. If your order has not arrived in this time frame, please contact us with your order number at support@smittenondesign.com.
